With the new S and Performance models, the Urus’s performance improves for 2025 horsepower, jumping by 16 to 657 hp. The Performance features a suspension system different from the base S; it sits 0.8 inches lower than usual and uses steel rather than air springs. A unique set of shoes for the Performante is also available. These shoes are 23-inch wheels fitted with Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres in sizes 285/40R-22 up front and 325/235R-22 down back.

A 657-hp twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V-8 powers all 2025 Urus versions. Under maximum throttle, the engine completely bellows and burbles loudly when idling. In our tests, the Urus smashed the quarter-mile in 11.3 seconds at 121 mph after rocketing to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds. Lamborghini predicts a top speed of 190 mph as well.

The owners of Lamborghini’s heaviest model, the Urus, sure like to drink, but those affluent enough to purchase one probably don’t worry about fuel efficiency. The EPA predicts the 657-hp Urus will achieve 14 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the motorway. The mileage will vary depending on driving style, even though we haven’t tested its real-world mpg on our 75 mph highway fuel economy route.
