Hello everyone, and welcome to our website. Today, we will tell you about the most unique new car, the 2025 Mazda CX-50. Mazda is a very well-known company in the world. Mazda has long been known for producing sporty, driver-focused vehicles. But the new CX-50 demonstrates the company’s adventurous side.

This compact SUV was introduced for the 2025 model year as a CX-5 remix. It has features and equipment similar to the older model but has more rugged, upscale styling. A hybrid model with a Toyota powertrain is also in the works.

The CX-50 is built on the same platform as the subcompact CX-30 crossover and the Mazda 3 compact car, so it has the same athletic handling as those two winners. Although it is only slightly larger than Mazda’s CX-5 SUV. The CX-50 features more rugged styling, which differs from the more improved, luxurious designs in the Mazda lineup.

2025 CX-50 Engine

Firstly, we talk about the most important feature of the engine. All models will have a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine. But the stronger turbocharged variant with 256 horsepower is the one to get; the base non-turbo model only has 187 hp. The CX-50 comes standard with a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

Mazda has baked in crisp handling to continue the company’s heritage of offering fun-to-drive vehicles. During our first test drive, we praised the CX-50 for its enjoyable driving experience and precise steering while maintaining a comfortable ride.

Mazda CX-50 Technology

The 2025 Mazda CX-50base 2.5 S trim comes with an 8.8-inch infotainment display. But all trims above get a 10.3-inch unit. Both have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which are wireless on Premium trim models. When you use the phone mirroring features, the screen transforms into a touchscreen. Upper trim levels include a head-up display.

The base 2.5 S model has two front-row USB in charge ports, and all models above have two second-row ports. The top-of-the-line 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus has a wireless charging pad. An eight-speaker audio system with an optional 12-speaker Bose premium setup is standard.

2025 Mazda CX-50 Interior

The 2025 CX-50, like the CX-30, has space for five people in two rows of seats. Large square dashboard vents give the 50 a slightly trickier appearance than the smaller CX-30. However, the vibe is tastefully upscale, particularly in the loaded Premium Plus trim. The front seats are supportive and comfortable; the rear seat space is also generous, though the CX-5 has more headroom. All models include a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, keyless entry, and a partially digital gauge display.
